Purchasing Scores, mp3s and Soundtracks

Published works may be purchased directly from the publishers (listed below) or through your choice of music vendor.

Licenses for Recordings and Videos

"Mechanical licences" for recording published works should be purchased directly through the publisher. Licenses for unpublished works can be arranged using the Contact link below.

"Synchronization licenses" for making videos of musical performances or using music for video or film soundtracks, should be negotiated through SOCAN.

Purchasing Other Works from Hillview Cottage Music

Hillview Cottage Music publishes works by D. Geoffrey Bell that are not already published, or that are now out of print.

Customers in the USA and other countries outside of Canada are welcome to order below, but will likely find it faster and more efficient to order through J. W. Pepper, the exclusive worldwide distributor for Hillview Cottage Music publications.

PDF and MP3s of scores can be ordered directly using the Contact form below. Orders are usually fulfilled within 24 hours.

Printed copies to be mailed by post within Canada can be ordered directly through the Contact form below.

Please indicate title, voicing and number of copies required. Please also indicate if a recording or video license is required. You will receive a prompt reply, and an email confirmation after placing an order. Payment can be made using PayPal or electronic funds transfer (e-transfer).

1. Express/budget option - A pdf printable score will be sent by email with a license to print the specific number of copies ordered. This license includes the right to reprint lost or damaged copies.

2. Scores by mail - Printed scores can be sent to you by post. This increases your cost to cover printing and shipping. Shipping in Canada takes about a week; shipping outside of Canada takes 2 to 3 weeks. Price quotes are available based on your specific location and the size of your order.

3. Mp3 audio tracks can also be sent by email.
